Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Bleu Robotics handles when you visit bleu-robotics.com, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Bleu Robotics SAS, 25 rue de Fécamp, 75012 Paris, France. Contact: contact@bleu-robotics.com.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our host, Vercel Inc., processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your address and message to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Job applications. Open roles are listed from our job board at Ashby. Applications are collected through Ashby, our recruitment software provider, which processes them on our behalf. We use what you send only to assess your application.

Cookies and tracking

A cookie banner, run through Google Tag Manager, asks for your consent before any cookie or tracker that is not strictly necessary is set; if you decline, none is. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. Fonts are served from our own domain. The tools we use are:

• CookieYes, our consent banner. It stores your choice in a cookie, cookieyes-consent, for one year.
• Google Analytics 4, only if you accept. It measures visits and the pages read, to help us understand how the website is used, and sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by our measurement ID, for up to two years.

Who receives your data

Only our service providers, acting on our instructions: Vercel Inc. for hosting, Ashby for recruitment and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google for measuring visits. They are based in the United States or may process data there, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period, in line with its retention policy. Emails are kept for three years after our last contact with you. Applications are kept for two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you can set instructions for what happens to your data after your death. Write to contact@bleu-robotics.com and we will answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to your supervisory authority: the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
